Weight related Goals
  • Get to 195 lbs.  Completed 5/4/2010.
  • Get to 190 lbs.  Completed 5/25/2010
  • Get to 180 lbs.
  • Get to 170 lbs.
  • Get to 160 lbs.
  • Get to 150 lbs.
  • Get to 145 lbs.
  • Fit into my old size 11 jeans! (Comfortably)
Non-Weight related Goals
  • Detox using the Master Cleanse for 10 days.
  • Finish 30 Day Shred - Level 3.
  • Run 1 mile outdoors. Completed 5/25/2010
  • Run 2 miles outdoors. Completed 7/29/2010
  • Run 3 miles outdoors.
  • Do P90X.
  • Run a 5k.
  • Do 25 Push-ups.
  • Bench Press 100 lbs. 
21 Day Challenges
  • Exercise for 21 days. Completed 4/26/2010.
  • Try a Pescatarian diet for 21 days.
  • Spend 15 min a day outdoors for 21 days.
