I believe that I can do this. However, there are a few steps I need to take to help me reach my goal.
- Cut out the late night meals. I usually work until 1 am so when I get home I feel like eating. I'm going to cut out meals past 10 pm starting today.
- Cardio 4x a week.
- Strength training 2x a week.
- Take my vitamins everyday.
