Small Birthday Challenge

My next weigh-in is on July 20th and my 20th birthday is on July 18th. So as a small challenge I'm going to try to lose 5 lbs by my birthday and I'm going to make that weeks weigh-in on the 18th instead.

I believe that I can do this. However, there are a few steps I need to take to help me reach my goal.
  1. Cut out the late night meals. I usually work until 1 am so when I get home I feel like eating. I'm going to cut out meals past 10 pm starting today.
  2. Cardio 4x a week.
  3. Strength training 2x a week.
  4. Take my vitamins everyday.
