My plans have changed a little bit since I posted my goals. For one I have found a new strength training plan I plan on sticking to. That means I most likely won't be fulfilling some of my goals this week.It is a 3 day routine that targets two major body parts each day. You can find it here. I follow that routine with a few personal alterations. My first workout was yesterday and boy do I feel it. I've never done multiple exercises for each body part. I've always just done 1. So I felt weaker because I was failing bad during my last few exercises.
I also ran my 1.75 miles yesterday morning. I felt very good after that run, it just was one of those good days.
Lastly, I unofficially weighed myself since my birthday is this weekend and I was at 187 meaning I only need to lose 2 more pounds to reach my goal. I'm kinda worried because we're celebrating my birthday on Saturday which means I probably will be eating more than I should before the challenge officially ends. So, I'm thinking about ending the challenge Saturday morning.
There is a new strength training regimen I might try next which is a Total Body regimen for me to do. And I have one more total body which is three days and with different exercises each day.
